This is a Widespan system pre-engineered steel building by Butler Manufacturing. The roof is MR-24, walls are Butlerib II with a stone and stucco exterior treatment.

These projects located at 1010 and 1020 South Lincoln Avenue in Loveland, Colorado were completed in June 2008. Both buildings are for commercial / general use, constructed from Butler Manufacturing pre-engineered steel. They are Widespan buildings using Butlerib II wall system and MR-24 Roof along with a stone and stucco exterior. 1010 S. Lincoln is 8,000 square feet, 1020 S. Lincoln is 10,880 square feet .
