This is a 9,310 square foot retail / office core and shell building completed in 2006 by Sierra Builders. Interior finishes for several tenants were completed in 2007. This is a Widespan system pre-engineered steel building by Butler Manufacturing. The roof is MR-24, walls are Butlerib II with a stone and stucco exterior treatment.

These projects located at 1010 and 1020 South Lincoln Avenue in Loveland, Colorado were completed in June 2008. Both buildings are for commercial / general use, constructed from Butler Manufacturing pre-engineered steel. They are Widespan buildings using Butlerib II wall system and MR-24 Roof along with a stone and stucco exterior. 1010 S. Lincoln is 8,000 square feet, 1020 S. Lincoln is 10,880 square feet .

Tanco Engineering - 2008

Sierra Builders completed construction of this 35,000 square foot steel tank manufacturing facility in May 2008. The building houses the corporate offices and staff of Tanco Engineering LLC. The manufacturing center includes four overhead cranes within the pre-engineered Butler Steel buildings. The facility is located at 1400 Taurus Court, Loveland, CO.

Longview Office/Warehouse building

Sierra Builders completed construction of this 23,000 square foot Butler Steel building in 2004 and completed new tenant remodeling in 2008. This building is a condominiumized office/warehouse located at 567 - 599 W. 66th Street in Loveland, CO.
